June 1st was the premiere of the show created by the Compagnie 7e acte entitled «Draw me a story». A large-scale Son et Lumière show (more than 120 actors and extras, horses, mapping by Nicolas Boutruche, etc.) which allowed the many spectators (2,700 people on three performances) to discover a fabulous epic, from 1836 to 2023, born of the will of a Father, Blessed Basile Moreau, to found the Institution of Our Lady of Holy Cross, to the Saint-Charles Sainte-Croix group that we know today. Fr. Paul Valentin, CSC, played the part of a cardinal during the beatification of Fr. Moreau.
On June 2 took place the inauguration of the new building, called “Basile Moreau”, in homage to the historic founder, which was blessed by Bishop Jean-Pierre Vuillemain, in the presence of Mr. Ghislain de Barmon, director of the institution, and Ms. Christelle Morançais, President of the Region.
