Originally from Long Island, New York, Father John was ordained a priest of the Congregation of Holy Cross in 2002. After having exercised his ministry in apostolates of the Congregation in Arizona and Indiana, he was appointed rector of the Shrine of Blessed Basile Moreau (2013-2019) and pastor of the parish of Our Lady of Holy Cross (2014-2019) before being called back to the United States to serve as director of the Office of Vocations for the United States Province of Priests and Brothers.
Having been asked to resume his ministry in Le Mans, Fr. John will be installed as parish pastor during a Mass at the church of Our Lady of Holy Cross this Sunday, September 14, feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, 10:30am (Central European Time). Msgr. Jean-Pierre Vuillemin, Bishop of Le Mans, will preside.
