The Shrine welcomed Thomas Searl.
Tom just finished three years of undergraduate formation, and this year will be a Postulant in the Congregation of Holy Cross.
He has been studying at the University of Notre Dame, and just finished studying in Allen Hall Seminary in London for a semester.
He’ll return to Notre Dame to finish his degree next year.
Here’s what Tom says about his time with us : « For me, visiting Le Mans was a profound experience of prayer and community. As a Holy Cross seminarian, I’ve always dreamed of the day I could visit the place where the congregation began, and where the body of Bl. Moreau rests even today. The hospitality of the CSC and Parish communities will stay with me always, and I will not soon forget the experience of praying in the very spots where Bl. Moreau prayed as he began his religious family. »
Thank you, Tom!
